Eligible Applicants

General students: Those who fit any of the following conditions

Adult students: Those who fit any of the following conditions and who have more than a year of work experience

  1. 1. Those who have graduated from a university or who will graduate by March 2018.
  2. 2. Those who have earned a bachelor’s degree under the School Education Act of Japan, or will earn one by March 2018.
  3. 3. Those who have completed 16 total years of primary, secondary, and tertiary education outside of Japan, or who will complete this amount by March 2018.
  4. 4. Those designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology of Japan.
  5. 5. Those who have been enrolled at university for at least three years and who have been recognized as acquiring the prescribed credits with excellent grades.
  6. 6. Those who have been recognized by the IBU Graduate School as having academic skills equaling or surpassing those of university graduates.
